Norma LeMasterNorma J. LeMaster, of Wellington, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita at the age of 89.Norma was born the daughter of Frank and Teddie K. (Eckhardt) Tomlins on Thursday, July 8, 1926 in Wellington.On March 25, 1949, Norma and Richard “Dick” LeMaster were united in marriage in Derby, Colo. Together they celebrated nearly 67 years of marriage.Norma cherished her family and enjoyed raising her four boys. She loved cheering for them in their various sports and then her grandchildren to follow. She spent many years enjoying golf, traveling, spending winters in Phoenix with Dick, and playing cards. However, family was her greatest joy.Â Survivors include her husband Richard “Dick” LeMaster of Wellington; son, Rick (Libby) of Wellington; son, Brad of Wellington; son, Gregg (Heather) of Springdale, Arkansas; son, Larry (Christie) of Wichita; grandchildren: Rich III (Ashley) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jeremy (Jackie) of Wichita, Rachel Spahn (Aaron) of Fayetteville, Ark., Grant (Meagan) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Brett of Overland Park, Grace of Wichita and Lindy of Wichita; great-grandchildren: Miles and Eli LeMaster, Austin and Jack Hall with one great-grandbaby, Parker on the way. Â She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Frank “Sonny” and James Byron “Bud” Tomlins and her daughter-in-law, Leanna LeMaster.Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 25, 2016 with the family present from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.Funeral services for Norma will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 26, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church, Wellington.Interment will follow at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Wellington.A memorial fund has been established in her loving memory to the First Presbyterian Church of Wellington.
