However, they were more accurate after the break and pulled away in the second period but were made to sweat it out in the last ten minutes as Roscommon came with a late surge.Gweedore’s Cian Mulligan put the Tir Chonaill side ahead in the opening minutes before Roscommon, playing with the breeze, hit back with two unanswered scores to lead 0-02 to 0-01 after eight minutes.Bundoran’s Jamie Brennan fired just wide of the post before Roscommon increased their lead to two points with a converted free.A Carroll score and a Campbell point from a free levelled scores before Mulligan put Donegal in front again on the scoreline of 0-04 to 0-03.
